Cambodia’s cross-border QR payment links
Which countries can pay, or be paid, through Cambodia’s KHQR. Each link has its own phases, and the direction matters: some only let visitors pay in Cambodia, others also let Cambodians pay abroad.
Draft. Every row uses official sources only. Details marked “to confirm” have no official source yet.

How to read this table
Direction tells you who scans whose QR code. “Thai users pay at KHQR merchants” means a visitor from Thailand can open their Thai banking app in Cambodia and scan a KHQR stand. It does not mean a Cambodian can do the reverse in Thailand unless another phase says so.
Which banks and wallets support each link changes over time. Check your own app before you travel.
Method
We list a link only when the NBC or the partner country’s central bank or regulator announces it. Each row cites the official release. Links reported only in the news, such as a reported UPI link with India, are left out until an official release confirms them. We re-check this tracker every month and log changes on the corrections page.
